If you are interested in healthy eating then the ‘Healthy Food Made Easy’ course is for you. The project has been running in Ballyfermot for the past 3 years and it has become a great success.

New Courses in the "Healthy Food Made Easy" Project
The Cool Dude Programme
This programme targets children 10 - 14 years of age and provides good quality practical information on healthy eating.
These courses are free of charge, supported by the Health Service Executive.
