The Healthy Food Made Easy course offers great advice on healthy food and practical tips to use on a daily basis. The course is free of charge supported by the Health Service Executive and has been a great success in the area. If you are interested in healthy eating we are now taking bookings for our next course which starts in Ballyfermot Resource Centre running from the 5th of May - 9th of June every Thursday morning from 10am to 12:30pm.
