The Education Task force is a forum for effective communication, co-operation and collaboration for local education providers in Dublin 10.
The Education Task force works
To encourage and enable area wide approaches to common educational issues.
To support the development of creative and innovative local responses to the Educational needs of the Dublin 10 community.
To enable and support the partnership between the formal and informal education sector in Dublin 10.
To promote and share the wide range of good practice in existence locally and elsewhere and to facilitate the sharing of learning regarding same.
To disseminate information regarding local education responses and innovative collaborative projects.
To advocate the ethos of equality of access, participation and outcomes in the work of the Task force and in the wider community
To share information on recent policy developments
To provide advice and support to schools and education providers and organisations associated with them
To support groups in their work directly with young people.
