Mediation is a specialist service which will provide you with the practical support, guidance and   resources needed to re-enter the work-place after unemployment.  The  approach taken centres on you discussing with us what your priorities and goals are, and from there identifying and planning the steps needed to secure those goals.

The Mediation Service is based in our three offices, and is available to clients who have been unemployed for at least 6 months and are interested in exploring their options around getting back into work or training. A key aspect of mediation is the close links the service and our staff have with local employers, an invaluable resource when you are ready to start work again.
