The Enterprise Support Team provide a free and confidential service available to any person who lives in Ballyfermot who:

• Wants to find out what it means to work for yourself
• Is considering starting a business
• Has a business idea and wants to learn more and develop that idea
• Wants to grow their existing business

The Enterprise Support Service works with people on a one to one basis to discuss what it means to start a business. The aim of the service is to offer support and good practical business advice. The service helps with developing business plans and idea assessment. The service also offers training and small grant opportunities.

The following services are available from the Service:

• Training and information on Starting your own Business
• Advice and review of business ideas
• Assistance with marketing and business plans
• Setting up business and book keeping systems
• Sourcing Start up Money i.e help approaching banks, credit unions, applying for grants
• Ongoing support once your business has been established.
