Job Plan Graduates 2008
Job Plan is a programme for those with a history of substance misue,  helping participants to explore options around returning to work, education and training. The aim of Job Plan is to assist participants to establish new directions, new priorities and new networks.

The programme runs Monday to Friday in the mornings, for 20 weeks. The programme includes training on Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Structured Relapse Prevention, self care, computers, job-search skills, and personal development. All of this training uses an approach which aims to plan and establish practical steps for those who want to move from a history of active drug use into a drug free life. A specific module is included for those interested in becoming drug free.

Job Plan also offers a shorter ten week feeder course as a preparation for the main Job Plan programme, called the Low Threshold Entry Point Programme. This course supports the participant to identify barriers to becoming drug free and works through these. .
